Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about our minimums, certifications, and global shipping policies.
What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
Our standard export MOQ is 1x20-foot Full Container Load (FCL), approximately 12 to 14 Metric Tons depending on the bulk density of the spice. However, for high-value specialty spices like Green Cardamom or Cloves, and for trial orders with new importers, we readily accept Less-than-Container Load (LCL) consolidated shipments of 1 to 5 MT.
Do you provide commercial laboratory test samples before ordering?
Yes! We routinely air-courier 200g - 500g commercial test samples via DHL / FedEx to prospective importers worldwide along with their full Certificate of Analysis (COA) so your QA team can test moisture, essential oil, and micro levels.
What export documentation is included with each shipment?
Every consignment is accompanied by: Phytosanitary Certificate issued by the Ministry of Agriculture, Certificate of Origin (Spices Board / Chamber of Commerce), Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Clean On-Board Ocean Bill of Lading, Fumigation Certificate, and third-party lab inspection reports (SGS / Intertek on request).
Can you supply in private label retail packaging?
Absolutely. We provide full-service OEM and private labeling for international supermarket brands. This includes nitrogen-flushed stand-up pouches (100g, 250g, 500g, 1kg), food-grade composite cans, and glass shaker bottles printed with your registered brand artwork and nutritional compliance tables.
What are your accepted international payment terms?
We accept Irrevocable Confirmed Letter of Credit at Sight (L/C at Sight) from prime global banks, as well as Telegraphic Transfer (T/T) with 30% advance deposit upon contract signing and 70% balance against scan of original Bill of Lading and shipping documents.
